With a greater sense of safety, many Americans are planning to increase exercises they’ve otherwise decreased during the pandemic due to closures or social distancing; however, they’re also planning to continue with the fitness they’ve picked up over the pandemic…

As their lifestyles shift to (the new) normal, more time will be spent outside of the house, commuting, socializing, etc. and Americans anticipate this will impact their sleep once again…

Younger Americans (18-34) ?? are significantly more likely to decrease the amount of sleep they get once the pandemic is over (34%)

Focus on appearance will become more important once the pandemic is over and Americans begin to spend more time outside of the home
